These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All orders will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on where you are ordering from, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

PT. Grosir Printhead is working hard to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver will be permitted to accept the delivery. Upon the shipping destination, please be ensure that the authorized receiver is present to make authorized signature. PT. Grosir Printhead reserved the rights not to released the delivery with the absents of the authorized receiver.

PT. Grosir Printhead is making every effort to deliver within the time stated. To achieve that, we have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of shipping courier based in Singapore to make our shipment prioritized. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay deliveries might occurs, PT. Grosir Printhead will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

In the event of where your package is lost by the shipping courier, we will only replace with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request. Goods sold are neither returnable or exchangeable. In ten days after delivery if there is damage item or any problem with the item we will change with the new one.

 

Purchasing

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

PT. Grosir Printhead are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Allow 3-5 working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Example: " I made a purchase of over $ 2000, so please give free shipping for my purchase goods". After we receive a message on your purchase, we will send your purchase status to be confirmed. And for purchases over $ 6000 will be provided free of tax cost. The tax cost in your country, will be the responsibility of our company. And one more thing, in our company can only make delivery package for the purchase price above $ 500. It's as simple as that!

And your purchase will be processed after you inform your payment to our company, or you can also send your payment receipt by Fax or Email to our company. But if you make a purchase at our company, and within the next 3 days you do not send the information news about your purchase, or you do not send your proof of payment to our company, we will immediately send you the status of your purchase to be canceled.
